This park is very well maintained, and the owners are continuing to make improvements. The full time residents are very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
This park is well run and maintenance is very good. However the majority of the residents are seasonal, as a result there are many storage buildings and vehicles that are along side the already narrow roads making it very tight for bigger rigs. Also many trees both on the way to, and in the park, do not provide the 13 foot clearance we need. We would not recommend it for big rigs.
This facility is the very best of the "Motorcoach Resort" campgrounds. Sites are very large and well landscaped, the new pool and spa are beautiful, and like everything at this park, well maintained. Although this is an owner resort, renters are welcomed and invited to participate in the many events provided for the owners. With so much to do in the local area, this is definitely a "destination" resort.
This small park more then compensates by having an amazing view, and owners that are committed to to making your stay a great memory! We would go out of our way to stay at this park again.
Great overnight stop. Close to I-10 but no noise, long wide pull-thru sites are easy to get into but lack the gravel they advertise and the concrete patios are in bad shape. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
This is my new standard for a rating of 10. The owners and staff are very friendly, the sites are beautifully landscaped and provide plenty of privacy. Area beaches and restaurants provide plenty of things to do, and the weather is almost always good.
"Gravel" sites are mostly grass, but they have lots of room and are fairly level. Easy access to I-80 which unfortunately means there's lots of highway noise. Overall a nice stop.
This facility is extremely over priced even with the addition of the water park. The roads within the park need improvement. Depending on weather they are either dust or mud.
This park is definitely not "Big Rig Friendly". Sites and roads are very narrow, and trees have not been trimmed to avoid scrapes. Does not appear to be any reason to the placement of hookups, some are in front end of pull thru sites, some in the back.
